A new book I've decided to write... And yes, I will finish this one. I promise >.>
And yes, this is a book based around one of my characters, just in a modern setting.
With the Falklands war almost over, Britain secured the islands with Argentinian forces retreating with their flags seemingly ripped to shreds. New Zealand has joined the war after the British Navy took the opportunity to use the Leander-class frigate in the naval blockade which the admiral had commanded. How wouldn't've the British known that this would be their biggest mistake they have ever made...

In addition to the various German and Austrian states, there were Spaniards and Italians, Swedes and Danes, Poles, Finns and Croats. At a late stage the French became involved, surprisingly on the Protestant side. In addition, there were hired troops of mercenaries from the British Isles. Robert Monro was an officer in such a Scottish regiment, which served first the King of Denmark and afterwards the great King of Sweden Gustavus Adolphus. Readers of Scott's A Legend of Montrose will have come across references to Monro in Scott's Introduction to that novel; and the character of the swashbuckling cavalier Dugald Dalgetty is based on Monro. The Swedish historian Magnus Bengtsson wrote a long account of Monro in his collection A Walk to an Ant Hill and other essays (Norstedt and Soners, Stockholm, 1950) Monro's service ran from 1626 to 1634, when he was sent back to Scotland to recruit more soldiers. While he was there, the Swedes and their allies suffered a crushing defeat at the Battle of Nördlingen. His occupation gone, he turned to the pen, and wrote this account of his adventures which was published in 1637. One fateful day, I was sailing alongside the carrier Queen Elizabeth. I disappear into a mysterious fog and emerge on the other side to see that I somehow gone to a different past. What's worse is that I must try to hide my abilities and past behind, or die (A/N: This is a second run series as an accident occurred earlier on 11/25/2024 where I accidentally deleted 21 published parts and 1 draft. I do apologize and will redo the story from the beginning, I will make some things different to make it a tiny bit different from it but will be original as possible.) The Hawaiian Special Forces
This is the story I'm writing for NaNoWriMo 2015. The goal: 50,000 word RAW draft written entirely in the month of November. Unlike most of my stories, which I prefer to edit before posting, I'm actually going to post updates to this at the end of each day in chapter-sized chunks. The idea behind this story is that a terrorist attack in the near future causes the US to go hyper-isolationist, to the point that it abandons Hawaii and Alaska to fend for themselves. They do, forming the United Pacific States (maybe with a few other island countries). Hawaii then goes on to turn itself into the new world police with stealthy, genetically modified cyber-soldiers. I'm marking this story as mature because there will be action scenes, and probably some interesting perspectives on nudity and relationships. I'm not planning on anything explicit, but this won't be a kids book. Validated winner at 50,040 words!Abgeschlossene Geschichte
