"When do you think she'll wake up?" A female voice asked.
The sound was unfamiliar and it echoed throughout my aching skull. I tried opening my eyelids but they felt as heavy as stone, like they were sewn shut. So I listened to the strangers.
"I dunno, she's been out for 5 days straight" another voice grumbled.
5 days? What the hell happened that put me in a coma for almost a week?
" I better go get some supplies for when she wakes up. She'll need painkillers for sure." The second voice stated.
"But Xavier, when we found her she didn't have any broken bones...there wasn't even a scratch! It's like her body healed itself somehow.
