"I took the back seat to boyfriends, friends, and social outings, all because I allowed him that position of power over me. I let him feel that it was OK to treat me the way he did. I felt that it was OK that he treated me that way. I allowed it because (1) I loved him, and (2) deep down I never felt good enough for him. I felt too ugly for him, too fat, too crazy, too feminine. Any excuse I could come up with to convince myself that I wasn't good enough, I did. There was never a point in those five years when I felt worthy enough for someone I saw as so perfect. SUMMARY

For the longest time, Rowan, has been walking on thin ice around his friend, Ivan, whom he has been madly in love with for years now but won't reciprocate.

Rowan had done everything from taking back seats to cliff jumping and to sabotaging his own love life just to make Ivan look his way. Is it enough? Or is it just another failed attempt at getting out of the dreadful place called friend zone?

Find out here on "The Back Seat".
Unrequited love has never hurt this good.
