Perché la ginnastica artistica non è solo la bella coreografia o il salto perfetto, la ginnastica artistica sono le cadute dalla trave e gli esercizi di corpo libero che non vengono, sono i calli alle mani e le gambe distrutte, la caviglia slogata e il piede dolorante perché si devono sempre tirare le punte, è l'allenatore che pretende la perfezione e la giornata in cui non viene niente, l'ansia pre-gara che sparisce appena metti piede in campo gara.
La ginnastica artistica è tirare fuori meglio di sé e imparare a rialzarsi a ogni caduta, ed è per questo che io amo questo sport infinitamente.
