Avery Alex is thirteen and sick. As a young girl she was diagnosed with an incurable disease. She's been fighting for years and years on end. Having medicines pumped into her veins. Going through pain many don't even imagine. The only reason she's holding on is because she wants desperately to finish the Harry Potter series. She has no family, no friends, so to her she doesn't care if she passed. She just wants to finish the books. But when she does, and she stops fighting, she gets pulled into a new world.
