Raya Fairchild was just your everyday fifteen-year-old girl living in New York City, with one notable exception. She was an orphan. Loki Laufeyson (or Odinson, depending on the day) was not your typical Asgardian, and he, like Raya, was orphaned at a very young age. Now he is duelling with the whole of asgard on planet earth, but due to his history with the lively city, he has to live under the watchful eye of the avengers. When the young girl, and the broken god finally meet, they find in each other something they never thought they would have again. A family.

Hey guys! So this is not a Loki Love Story. At least, not in the romantic sense. Now, this story starts before Ragnarok but most of it happens after. You'll see what I mean. Disclosure: I don't own any of marvels characters, but Raya is my creation, and a few other original characters will make it in here as well, but credit must go to marvel.
Feel free to comment with ideas, constructive criticism, or if you feel so inclined, compliments. I know that there will be typos, and I apologize in advance for those, but if you feel a need to point those out, go ahead. After returning from Asgard, S.H.I.E.L.D. agent Dean Allen stays busy to keep his mind off of wondering when Thor will return. She now lives in Avengers tower, and the time is post-2012, a month after the attack on NYC.
