Her car was thrown into a lake after an earthquake that caused a bridge to collapse. After she escaped, she makes her way out of the water and up to get help, but slips on the rocks. When she comes to, she finds herself where she at first thinks is inside her own head, but she soon finds that it may not be the case. In a journey to wake herself from her comatose state, she meets some interesting people, and finds out that the world we live in is not the only one out there.
