(Side note, the following events aren't exactly what happened, but I tried to keep the facts straight so just bear with me, thanks!)
It's the late 70's and punk is on the rise. So what better way to spread the word than a tour? More specifically, the Anarchy Tour. Ari Up, lead singer of the Slits, is a free spirited, care free, happy 15 year old. She honestly could care less what people think of her. She has her friends and pride by her side. Whatever could possibly ever make her feel so uncomfortable, confused and all out of whack? In the words of everyone (at least in my story):
"...GODDAMMIT JOE!"
And there you have it. Get ready for a little rock, a little roll, drugs, some unnecessary sexual tension, romance , lies, betrayal, some good music, and some sure as fine hell raising!

Between her ultra conservative parents and the ever-swirling rumors caused by the betrayal of her ex-best friend, Jay is ready for her senior year to be over before it ever starts. On her first day, however, a chance encounter (or collision) changes the trajectory of her life. Demi is a transfer student, upset that her father's job has torn her away from the city, her boyfriend, and the life she knows. It hasn't been an easy adjustment to such a tiny, boring town, and she doesn't even have a car to get away.
