I stood on the railing, looking down. The water below looked black and almost calm. how I wish I could be calm. but that wouldn't happen. not until I finally did this. I took a deep breath and tried to stop my hands from shaking so much as the hot tears slid down my cheeks. 
"Mitch?! Don't do this!" I heard him yell, his footsteps coming closer and fast at that. 
"why shouldn't I..? no one would care..not even you, love.." I whispered and before he could get any closer..
