The first tribute reaped in each District has to choose who will be accompanying them in the Arena. However, the person they choose must still be eligible for the Games. Who will be reaped? Who will they choose as their District partner? What strange and exciting twists will the Arena hold this year? Who will win... *This book has nothing to do with my other Hunger Games book, The 125th Annual Hunger Games. It's just another Quell idea I had. BUT I would advise reading my other book first because there are a few spoilers mentioned in this book that have to do with The 125th Annual Hunger Games! What would happen if Katniss hadn't won the games? Well the rebellion never happened and the games continued on. This year, it's time for the 4th quarter quell and the capitol has a big surprise for the districts. There will be three games. The first game will consists of district 1-6. 3 males and 3 females will be reaped from each district to participate. 12 of the 36 will move in to a final game. Then the second game will consist of district 7-12. 3 males and 3 females will also be reaped. Again 12 of the 36 will move on to a final game. We all know the story of the Mockingjay Rebellion. Sixteen year old Katniss Everdeen volunteers for her twelve year old sister for this event called The Hunger Games where twenty four children fight to the death and only one comes out as victor. A boy named Peeta Mellark was reaped alongside her. These two come out of the games as "Starcrossed Lovers". This caused a few uprisings in some districts. President Snow doesn't want another rebellion so he sends Katniss and Peeta back into the games with other Victors from each district. This causes a whole other war and this time, the districts pull out on top. The Hunger Games are ended and Snow is executed and everyone is safe again. Yeah, let's fast foward about fifty years.
