But when the world is in trouble, she is forced to tell her secrets because she can't just stand by helplessly while the others fought. Serena wants in on the action, so she is pulled into the Avengers Initiative. Sadly, an invasion isn't all she has to worry about. She also needs to worry about her insane brother that is out for her life. But, during the whole craziness, she manages to fall for none other than Steve Rogers. But will he love her when he finds out what she is?Complete
The Healer in Hiding
Girl grew up in a cult. Gets out and meets a guy. Guy gets into an accident and she has to reveal her secret so he'll live. Word gets out and her past comes back to haunt her. This is a hobby project intended to work some creative muscles, which is why you may see iterations of the same characters in my stories. While not true fan fiction, this work is inspired by several of my favorite movies and film characters. I like to drop lines from these movies and characters as little Easter eggs. If you can spot them give them a shout-out in the comments. As this is essentially a glorified creative writing project, I haven't done the type of deep research that goes into a professional novel. I'm always receptive to constructive criticism that helps to improve my writing.Complete

Friendship doesn't change when your bestie becomes a fire-wielding champion, but a lot of other stuff does. Like having to put 'kidnapped by idiots with powers' on your weekly schedule. And enduring said idiots' cliché monologues while inwardly roasting their interior decorating skills. Hey, I'm Mira. That's right, Miracle Simmons. BFF to America's favorite superhero celeb; Firebird. (Bu-bye, Chris Evens, your reign is over.) You've probably heard of her, but not of me. That's okay! I'm her bestie! It's my job to make sure she doesn't burn herself out fighting morons, keep her focused in her actual real life, and try to show her that she doesn't have to pick every fight.
