Three hundred years later, the last Targaryens have inherited the hunger-and little else.
Daenerys and Viserys sail the Narrow Sea with their sisters-Alyssa, Maelora, and Maegora-armed with two swords, a silver-haired name grown thin with exile, and a coffin-ship that reeks more of fish than fate. The Iron Throne has curdled into rumor. Dragons survive only in songs told to frightened children. And every petty king without a crown believes the world would be quieter if they were dead.
