Thus is the second poem I ever wrote, back in 2006.
My way of venting was through my poetry, so you may see a very dark, twisted, morbid, surprisingly different side of me through my writings. The person I can display to everyone on a daily basis that strives for nothing more than simply making sure someone's day is better would never have been possible if not for this escape into "TayLand".

Hurt Beyond Repair.
Hurt and frightened and no where to turn except for my journal. Curse words being streamed at me and you would have thought I had a father for a sailor. ~E.M.C Many poems focusing on the subject of Mental Illness, that many suffer with and the subject just isn't brought up enough. Poems focusing on a day in the shoes of a person with a mental illness and how some even ordinary simple tasks may seem not so simple to them. || MATURE THEMES || "And you say "Did you even notice, that I, began, to bleed?" And it all goes out of focus, and I hear you start to scream. Help me. Help me. Why won't you help me?" - flatsound - "Well I was at a friend's, and that's the only answer your going to get, so quit asking!" I snap, and he just sits there in disbelief. I not only hated when people asked questions they already know the answer to, because it seems like they're trying to be smug about it, or have some egotistical strong belief that they know everything. "Help me, help you. I don't fully understand where you're coming from, but I'd like to get your perspective on things. We're going to be around each other for awhile so just open up a bit. I know your irritated because you don't want help, but nothings wrong with at least trying to explain what's happening." I was a bit taken back with his response, it was like my heart yearned to pour out all my secrets, and the deepest darkest thoughts that I keep hidden was threatening to spill out from my mouth. "We've known each other for what? Three days? And you think we have some unbreakable bond?" My body screamed to stop, but it was like first instinct. To push the people who love me, away, and people who want to get to know me better, away. Marrying a straight person isn't good at all. But falling in love with a straight person is it wrong? Having crush on him for several years is it a crime? Forcefully marrying someone who doesn't love back it's not healthy isn't it? But what if you're confused about yourself? Do you want to explore the sensation or do you want to shrug it off like nothing? Or do you want to take another chance after doing a blunder...? Confusing isn't it? 6 years after divorce, the boys met again. But the problem is.. I once loved this boy, the feelings were intoxicating. It took over. I was being tortured by this unrequited love I felt for almost two years. This is my journey of figuring out how to live with it. "Summary": Hurt me, beat me, with the violence of words, and I will explode But maybe it hurts for a reason I want to hurt him I am me because of him Maybe I need the pain to live The only thing I know is that I'm dying Now I have to live with the consequences of the things he did(n't) do He'll hurt me no matter what he does Maybe hell and heaven are the same thing, but I choose to die his way We would be perfectly flawed and unperfectly flawless together, if only he could love me once But darling, I have a fear of falling apart This is a cry for help I'm crashing Fight for me, fight against me, fight against him But isn't it fear that keeps me alive also?
