Ever wish you could just, I don't know, turn off your emotions? With enough money parents can provide their children with buttons that control their emotions. Usually the rich kids just have a on/off switch, but some have multiple to trigger specific emotions.
Even though Daniel's parents are rich, they didn't provide him with some fancy multiple button system. He does have an on/off one though, and although he never thought he'd use it, during his teenage years he gets driven to a point where he flips it. And it gets stuck.
Philip doesn't have any buttons. He was born poor and there was nothing he could do about it, and oh how he wishes he had a switch.

Little does Phil know, Dan is quickly losing control of his life. Read this book to go on this adventure with Dan and Phil.
