I open my eyes to see darkness. Where am I? My head is throbbing from some infliction done before I lost the bet. That's all I can recall. I lost the bet. I don't remember what it had been about, or even who it was with. I can only remember a jolt of energy coursing through my body, before everything fell into black.
I would tell more about my story... But I cannot. Maybe if you bare with me, you will understand the life I am learning is my own.

Reborn in TVD?!
I don't get it. I really don't. I died, I get that much. But waking up in a dark and squishy place, with absolutely NO ROOM to move, I DON'T GET. Let's recap. It was a regular day. I got up, ate, showered and went to work. I was a police officer. I was checking out a house call about domestic abuse. I didn't even get to knock on the door before a man bursted out screaming at a women about calling the pigs on him. It didn't take much to figure out he was the abuser with the way he was holding her arm tight enough to bruise. I tried to diffuse the situation, told him to calm down and let her go. He didn't like that. In the end I got shot and died. Then I woke up in a small and dark space and freaked out. Then I get pushed out only to cry and realize I'm a baby. Oh, but not just anyone's baby. I'm Miranda and Grayson Gilbert's baby?! In 'The Vampire Diaries'?! What the fuck is happening?! "Who are you?" I asked him but instead of answering my question he suddenly grabs my hand and pulls me for a run. I don't know where he will bring me but to my surprised, I let him. We run away from something I don't know. I just know that there is something that was pulling me through a deep unknown darkness. But he was there and now we are running away. I don't know who he is yet I trusted him with all my life. For that instant, I knew my heart belongs to him. *** *** "I didn't mean to love you yet I love you so much I cannot hold you so tight." I said those words and I couldn't stop myself not to feel the bitterness of the truth we are going to face. But still I hold her hand even though I know that it isn't right. We run and I save her. Yet, I don't know it was the beginning and I don't want to find out the ending. Still, the end is near and I cannot hold her even though my heart already belongs to her.

"Blaze?" He says and I hate it. I hate how he says my name as if it's his. Like he knows it's the only thing I want to hear, him calling out to me, looking at me, focused to me. It's the first time in my life I wanted someone's attention so badly I didn't care how I got it. And that was too dangerous for me to hold onto. "Are you insane or some shit? I could have killed you!" He says and starts to walk towards me. I take a big breath and step back away from him, "s-stop! Axel," I stutter still panting. It's then he notices the blood on my hands and shirt. "Is that blood?" He asks staring at my shirt and I take another step back. "Stop, stay b-back," I try to say confidently but I can't even breath right. Realizing he won't listen I start to turn around planning to make a break for it. Turns out she was your best friend. Finally, it looks like all is turning up until you learn of all the inhumane things you've done in your past, things that evade your newfound morals, things that were so detrimental to society that when you hear the reason as to why you've been enduring such agony, you understand why.
