Scarlet is a mystery to Manhattan. She's the woman you'll only find in clubs, and the sneak who is-- in all reality-- a criminal. She dedicates her time to swiping bills out of pockets and purses off of tables in the middle of a club, and has a small day job as a secretary for Chekov Incorporated, where she serves the cruel and abusive treatment of Victor Chekov. She takes the heat so her two sisters, Chloe and Rachel, won't have to-- and has struggled to keep them hidden, just giving herself over to Victor so he won't bother looking.

But what happens when Preston Scott-- founder, owner, and CEO of Scott Enterprises (and not to mention an enemy of Victor)-- steps into the picture? After all of his days as a womanizer, he's laid his eyes on Scarlet and he's not planning on backing down. Will Scarlet be able to overcome Victor and find love with Preston, or will she remained doomed to the life of sexual abuse and ambitious dreams?
