Faye Basia Villa is human girl from a small farming village, Tara. She only nine years old and decides to run away from her nightmare of a past. In the mist of dawn she grabs her backpack and pack a few things she'll need to survive the unknown world around her.
Faye travels to a town and meets other young child; an orphan, a street rat, a merchant preteen, and a royal girl. All group up to fight. When they are older they discover that they are even certain traits what will change what they will do.
