Gold Prix Equestrian Academy (On Hold)

For 16 year old Hayden Priestley and her horse Parrish, ' Fear ' isn't something their used to experiencing...that is, until they're swept away from their comfortable, small stable in Florida and all the way to the other side of the country to Gold Prix Equestrian Academy, California, where her older brother Thomas is the most popular senior and rider. At first, Hayden is excited to go to the same school as her brother and improve her own riding skills, but there's a few problems. The girls in her grade are more competitive than anyone she's ever faced on the circuit and the coaches there are ten times more harsh than the one's back home, not to mention the Academy only accepts Grand Prix level riders. Back home, Hayden never doubted herself or her amazing horse, but now, she's seriously reconsidering a recall on her application.

Then there's Brie Thomson. Also 16, Brie and her horse Kamikaze's Plunge have been tearing up the North Atlantic showing circuit. Boarding at a relatively small barn, Brie's excitement to attend Gold Prix is uncontainable, until she starts to think about the huge legacy left behind by her older sister Katie, one of Gold Prix's most famous riders ever to graduate. With this hanging over her head, not to mention new competition, friends and boys alike, Brie's in for the ride of her life.

When these two rider's paths cross, will they become the best of friends? Or will the competition get to them both?
