A beautiful lioness prowled the night. She had a golden pelt which shone in the moonlight. Her strong muscular legs crouched down as she spotted her prey. She got ready to leap. Once the weak little gazelle was in view she got ready. Then the lioness lunged. She sailed through the air. She felt her sharp claws dig in to the gazelle's skin and she heard its heartbeat falter. She let out a loud roar which they say could be heard halfway across the world. Nothing could stop her for she was the Queen of the Pride.

It had the mane of a lion and the stripes of a tiger, it's frame was that of a cheetah's and it's eyes were sharp as a leopard's. It had the tufted ears of a bobcat and it's paws were strong like a panther's. She was fazed by its huge yellow eyes. The thing smirked and reached out for her. She didn't move. It picked her up with a grinned. Moana tried to fight out of its furry hands. It laughed and brought up one of claws. The feline made a deep scratch on her stomach. She screamed it laughed harder. Secrets are revealed, blood is shed and tears are cried but does Hana have what it takes to live this life she's been thrown into? Shadow's Curse
They took her. That's the last thing that burns in my mind, at least the most important thing that can come to mind. Everyone knew her, she was a sacred gem to the royals, her name was Tori LightningFlame. A dutchess soon to be married to Prince Spectre. That's how we all knew her, not how she used to roam through the walls of the city without permission (although I'm sure I only remember that), not how she would dance around the ballroom in her father's shoes with her friends until dawn. Everyone simply thought of her as a kind and generous person who would someday be our queen. But one day, Spectre thought differently, all I saw was when she was binded and screaming for help on the back of a horse driven carriage, guards yelling at her to quiet down or she would be burned. There was much talk arising in the lands after that day, some say she was taken and burned to her death miserably, others who speak the truth in our quaint town say she was taken away and cursed upon, making her a monster and could only thrive in her own world. Then we only believed that she was out of our lives and it was against the written laws to speak of her unless given permission. Even today, no one has spoken of her to me. And no one ever will. When I was younger I heard most of the talk about Tori and Spectre being a stable boy, but it wasn't enough for me, I wanted a better job, I wanted to hear more about them, I wanted to be important there. So everyday for the past five years I've begged. And begged. And begged my father to let me at least attempt to become a squire. Ever since my tenth birthday I had hoped and wished for the day he would finally accept my plead. Every beck and call of mine was given in every form possible. Until one day he finally agreed. Zoe froze as a loud squawk sounded ahead of her. She looked down to the ground were she followed a blood trail. The dragon had stepped on something sharp as it fleed from Zoe. The poor thing, I just want to help. Zoe walked forward as quietly as she could. She could hear the exhausted breaths of the white dragon. Zoe approached it quietly, but failed to not be noticed. The dragon instantly lifted its head in Zoe's direction, but laid it back down with a deep exhale. Zoe could see the blood oozing from the deep wound in its talon. Zoe approached it and kneeled down next to it. The dragon curled its tail tightly around itself. Zoe kneeled for a second in awe. Never once had she seen a white dragon. It was like seeing a ghost, which the dragon was just as quiet as one. She looked at the bright purple on its wings, it reminded her of the flowers the petunias. "You're very pretty, like a petunia." Zoe spoke to the dragon softly. The dragon's ears perked up and it chirped softly at the word petunia. "Petunia?" Zoe questioned the dragon. The dragon cooed softly. "I'm Zoe."
