Kathy McKarthy is now an orphan. Her parents have both died in a freak accident, and she's moved in with her evil Great Aunt McMurphy, who is definitely not, in Kathy's opinion, the right guardian. She even teaches a Benefits Of Hating Children class at the JCC. At least there's her new neighbors Will and Leo and their robot Drake to keep her company, but Kathy senses there's something that nobody's telling her. For instance, the million dollar question-how did her parents die?

As Nigel threats to lose Alex, the connection between the two fades a lot. Alex has barely enough strength to stay around, and gets forced to find a body before he disappears forever. Strangely enough a patient passes by during Nigel his therapy. A suspicious girl that always wants to know everything that's going around.
