Where did my luck go?

You know, if I had a normal life I wouldn't be in this situation. If I had a normal life, I would be human. If I had a normal life, I wouldn't have a vampire and a fallen that would do anything for me. If I had a normmal life, I wouldn't even be associated with the creatures that go bump in the night, and my best friends wouldn't be those creatures. But of course my life isn't normal.
