And after the shooting at a local store. Rori's life gets turned upside down when her and her 6 year old sister are sent to live in California with complete strangers but Rori knows its whats best for her and her sister even though She'll miss her friends and life in Florida she's glad for a new start where no one knows what happened. Where she isn't seen as an orphan but as a person. Where she isn't seen as a broken toy on the verge of a melt down.

But what Rori doesn't know is she's about to move in with a family of 14 people. 13 of those people happen to be male. She is going to be staying with twelve guys well technically only 8 but that's not much better.
