Stop the BULL. Help us fight bullying. Sometimes the best way to fight things, is to share. We should share our experiences, and find support in others. Our goal is to reduce bullying by providing firsthand accounts by victims of bullying. This book is basically an anti-bullying hotline. If you have or had any troubles with bullying, please let us know by PMing us. We will post your story anonymously (or not, your wish) in this book. You may also send us support messages. If you want to encourage somebody that went through bullying, let us know! Our job is to post a victim's story and pair it up with a support message. Each unique story will get their own support message. Also, we will support you through getting rid of your bully, with our 'Golden Team' If you want to share your experience, but not get it posted in this book, that's totally fine. We'll still PM you a support message. That's all we are here for, support.

This story is about depression disorders, anxiety disorders, eating disorders, personality disorders, other mental illnesses, self harm, suicide, bullying, and the stigma of mental illness. This book was written to help others and educate people. It is also written to let people know where/how they can get help. I put some of the links to the sites I used. I am NOT glorifying or romantizing any of this. This book is NOT used for diagnosis of any kind as I am not a mental health professional. So PLEASE DONT SELF DIAGNOSE YOURSELF WITH A MENTAL ILLNESS.
