The Border is a story about a character who was once haunted by the evil horsemen that are summoned when a person stays on their border. He doesn't remember about this, until one night when he was coming back from the movies something follows him, some kind of ghost. He runs to his house to take shelter from this evil, but the spirit manages to get to him and tells him REMEMBER. This is when he starts remembering what had happened on this border, which I'm going to leave to you to read. I wrote this story when I was 10 years old and I think it's surprisingly interesting for this age. I fixed it a little bit added more details and posted it here. So have fun and I hope you enjoy. Adventures in Moonlit Valley: Book One--The Protector of the Realm
In a magical land known as Moonlit Valley, all of the magic and energeticpower from all the realms flows through it. A realm where time practically stands still. That being said, an evil king once an inhabitant of Moonlit Valley known as Klawr conquered the the land and held the old king Sundin captive in the old king's own dungeons. He sends his brutal Realmling and human (humans from a different realm than ours) army to slay the last of an ancient group protectors called The Guardians. Five Guardians escaped and did an ancient ritual to send their children to a different realm to save them from Klawr and so they can come back and save Moonlit Valley. Suddenly two kids are transported to a magical world, trapped between an ancient war they didn't think was theirs to fight...but in reality...it was. The dragons of Drealite have lived in four separate mancers and rarely ever crossed. Each mancer has corresponding stones that haven't been disturbed for many generations, until Nightmare got hold of them in his talons. At this time, the Shadowmancers are threatening war on the Sunmancers, accusing them of the stones' disappearance. This caused the queens to turn to a prophecy starring four dragonlings who might just save them all. Nerve is one of the prophecy dragonlings, who has almost lived his entire life not knowing he has his talons in two mancers. While on the journey to restore peace on Drealite, he learns that not every dragon close to him can be fully trusted, and he cannot let his guard down. Something didn't feel right. I looked around my room slowly; cautiously; taking everything in and trying not to feel too nervous. Perhaps Lure was in my room right now, watching me, silently laughing to himself. I didn't doubt it. I slipped off my bed and walked around, hugging my waist, and tilted my head. I felt my rough ponytail slide against the back of my neck and over my shoulder as I moved. "Lure?" I hissed, "Lure, are you there?" I wandered around a little, for some reason feeling scared. But why? It was only Lure. He wouldn't hurt me, would he? "Okay, Lure. Quit it. I know it's you. Who else would it-" I stopped, startled, when I heard a strange sound that made me cringe. It was like fingernails being dragged across a chalkboard. I whipped around and came face-to-face with my mirror. Immediately, I saw the difference. Various scratches were displayed across the glass, forming words. It looked as if claws had written the words in the mirror. "Deepest apologies, but it was fun." Greetings! This is my second fanfiction on this site. As a huge fan of Tensura fanfics, especially the incredible works of Bon Aurevoir, It was My first Tensura Fanfic I've read and I was inspired to create something similar. After discussing ideas with Bon and getting his approval, I finally decided to take the plunge and write my own story. As the title suggests, the main character is a kind yet cunning individual. He strives to help others and guide them toward redemption. Despite his cunning nature, his naivety as a former human still lingers. Over time, he will grow from a child blessed with power into a man who shoulders great responsibility. The story will initially follow the canon timeline, but I plan to introduce some unique elements along the way to keep things engaging. Lastly, while I've included the R18 tag, I'm still honing my skills in writing romance and lemons. Expect a slow-burn romance, but I promise those moments will come eventually.
