She had tears in her eyes and was looking at me with disgust. Our eyes locked and it was like the world disappeared. It was her and me. I was to protect her with every fiber in my being and in that moment I want to cherish and comfort her and hurt whoever did this to her. Then it dawned on me. I did this. I hurt my mate. That thought alone made me want so shrivel in a ball and die. We broke eye contact when she quickly got into her car and drove away. She was my mate. A human. I had to make her love me. I have to make her forgive me. All of the hate for her washed away in that moment, that minute, that second. Disclaimer- I wrote this book when I was super naive and didn't know that the abuse written about in this book is unacceptable and not to be tolerated. Also, it's pretty bad writing. So just keep that in mind too.

But when things start to settle down and Rain discovers her long life crush ends up being her mate, she is thrilled. She can see her whole life finally coming together. Until he rejects her. Her worlds crumbles and everything keeps getting worse. The threats get physical, her brother makes her life hell and her mate brings home a different girl every night. Pain never seems to leave her side. What happens when she discovers that her brother has lied to her for years? That the person she trusted most turns around and stabs her in the back? What will she do when her biggest fear comes back to haunt her for the second time in her life, tearing her apart from the inside out? Will she ever be happy?

A girl who has been called chubby her whole life. By everyone. She wants to be a model; thinking it might make her pretty and people would stop calling her names and laughing at her for thinking she had a career in modeling. So she applies to a modeling school. The best in town. Her dream is to be a model. Yet, she is brutally rejected when she applies which completely shatters her heart. Her parents never supported her. So after she's rejected, instead of consoling her; they criticize her even more. She never really had friends to begin with; and now that the news of being rejected from the modeling school spread, no one would even look at her in a friendly way. She was mocked. She was bullied. The words kept changing. From chubby to fat. From stupid to worthless With the excessive amount of bullying, she fell into depression. Hard. She stopped eating. Maybe it'll make the horrible words go away?

This is where I'm supposed to introduce myself as the shy, nerdy girl. Then introduce the other protagonist of the story, who's a charismatic hot guy, and tell the story of how we hopelessly fell in love. I wish things happened that way. I wish I had someone to share this story with. But this is my story. This is reality. It will go on, with or without you. ********* This story contains strong language. Some would find it offensive. You know all of those bestfriends to the main character? Yeah that's me. Finally i get to tell my story.

I was close to dying if not from my sister. I went from bitches at school to my alcoholic, addict abusing mother. Then my best friend decided he wanted stop be part of the crew that cries for me to give me another reason to live. I didn't want another one but...it feels nice. Warning: This is rated MATURE for a reason. Mentions of cutting, abuse, alcoholism, bullying, gayness, and Gacha pictures because they help me visualize my characters better. If any of these things make you uncomfortable, get the hell away from my story, no one said you had to sit here and read this. I am not a professional writer but I did try with what my pain and emotions gave me. The entirety of the story is explained over time so if you want to sit and read, be my guest. Our protagonist is Ryan and let's just say he's gonna go through hell and back.
