Dipper and Mabel return to Gravity Falls for the summer after an exhausting school year filled with boring education.
While walking through the forest, feeling nostalgic, he discovers Bill's statue.
When he messes around with it, the unexpected happens.
The powerful dream demon is back and free to roam to town of Gravity Falls.
The thing is he has no idea who he is or what anything that surrounds him is.
His memory is a blank.
In the spur of the moment he offers to help Bill gain his memories back, taking in advantage he could redeem the demon.
But will this change be for the better or for the worse?
