It was sitting beside the curb outside my apartment. A white iPhone 4S in surprisingly good condition. I scooped it up from the ground to get a closer look. It probably belonged to a high school girl, judging by the horrendously glittering purple case. I admired the phone anyway - tacky though the case was, it had protected its charge fairly well. The phone had not only survived what I assumed was a fall from a careless girl's book bag, but it was in pristine condition. No hairline cracks, no dings, no dents... nothing.

The wooden floorboards creak underneath my footsteps as I walk down the abandoned hallway, my flashlight swinging back and forth in front of me. The cold air from the hallway seeps through my already wet cold clothes, making me shiver. I'm almost at the end of the hallway when I see a door on my left. I stop and stand in front of it. The Photo.
This is a short story not a full blown novel it is my very first one so it is probably very bad but I do this for fun. I hope you enjoy it if not then I'm sorry. If I also made mistakes in the story which I probably did let me know so I may fix them and do better next time thank you. Mia is a freshman in high school. She is in the photography club at school. Mia is a great at taken photos she's always loved it since she was a little girl. One day she get's up enough money to buy a brand new camera. The camera works great for a while until one day some photos come out a little weird. After that Mia feels something is following her and it won't go away. Ok, Who Got Bitten?
Right now, I'm squatting in a pile of human waste, desperately trying to get a signal on my phone. My friends are watching me reluctantly, their faces stained with blood and what I only hope is dirt. The light from my phone is illuminating their faces, casting light on the looks of horror that I have come to know all too well. My best friend is cradling her left arm, bandaged with a torn piece of cloth in hopes of stopping the blood flow. My sister can barely walk, and I think her hand is broken. She looks on the verge of tears. As we calm down, catching our breaths, I give up looking at my phone. I slowly turn to them, my own face crusted with blood. I look at each of them, one by one. You had been attending the same school for over 15 years, obviously because you were born in the small town in North Carolina. You were living a pretty normal life, till all of the abductions started happening in 1977. But lets go back a bit. Lets go back to the year 1976. You had been on a night shift on November 18th, 1976. There were many more people than your previous shift. Really the only people there were dropouts, druggies, drug dealers, freaks, and alcoholics. All around the ages 14-22. Everybody was pretty chill with eachother, except for a few people, but that was just the minority. You had been zoned out while staring at the clock, then suddenly heard a DING! Some kid wanted to buy some cigarettes again. You looked at him and he said "Jesus kid, you in a mental insitute or something? Snap out of it." you ringed him up after he asked you for a pack of camels, and then looked at a familiar guy playing pinball. The same blonde that got over 100,000 his last time he came. Everybody started hyping him up, so he's trying to beat 100,000. You remember the mess you had to clean up after some kid accidently knocked over a bunch of beer. You like to not think about how it ruined your favorite pair of shoes. He messed up again, and kicked the machine. You yelled out to him "That thing costs money you know." then he looked at you. His face almost looked angelic. But he had been the jerk of your highschool, so he couldn't be that angelic. He looked away and picked at his pockets. He pulled out nothing. He started walking up to you and started asking for a dime. "Come on, I feed you guys this money all the damn time. Plus you will just get it back." "Then maybe don't waste all your money on pinball. We've gained around $200 with you coming here almost everyday. Thanks for that." and then you smiled while picking up your book. He looked at you in anger, then you looked back up at him. He looked like he was in a bad mood. "Here's a dime." you said handing him a dime.Complete

in this short story, a boy from 1912 accidentally calls a girl from 2024 by using his phone from 1912, the girl lives in his friends old house despite it being over 112 years old. originally the boy wanted to call his friend but ends up calling the girl who had his friends phone which survived through time. This story proves how much my writing has developed over the years hence the first book I've ever published which was A new friend, a five nights at Freddy's fan fiction about c.c afton which in my opinion is bad. Though I can't blame myself since I was thirteen at the time but it's been two years since then. I've matured, grown and found a new perspective of life. I'm fifteen now and I hope you enjoy this story, I recommend you read my first ever book I published on this app and see how much my writing style has changed and developed. If you don't want to do that and just read this book then who am I to stop you?Complete

I could have killed you!" He says and starts to walk towards me. I take a big breath and step back away from him, "s-stop! Axel," I stutter still panting. It's then he notices the blood on my hands and shirt. "Is that blood?" He asks staring at my shirt and I take another step back. "Stop, stay b-back," I try to say confidently but I can't even breath right. Realizing he won't listen I start to turn around planning to make a break for it.
