Over the years I have had to understand the meaning of PTSD also known as Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, unfortunately a young girl at the age four years old should not have to go through what a normal four year old girl goes through. PTSD is a common disorder caused by traumatic experiences, it can be caused by a tragic accident or even experiencing unwanted sexual assault. At four years old my life wasn't the same, I was not the typical little girl people would picture.
