"The song ended and everyone was silenced. Tears dripping from some of the women's eyes, including his mother's. Everyone was moved completely aside from the Reverend whom David caught staring at the nerd, signalling him to go away. Which he did slightly bowing his head as if to pay respect for the Reverend before he exited the room.There were rumors after the nerd left.

"Who was that??"

(Synopsis)

David knows he is straight.

Until he came to know Angel, (The Reverend's Son) and things started to change DRASTICALLY and he is beginning to develop this "odd feelings" towards him that questions his sexuality--a force he desperately tried to fight against. 

Angel knows he is gay.

But he would rather choose to sacrifice his own happiness and freedom to take care of his father's saintly reputation as the Reverend of Gavelville.

Like a thief in the night, love comes in the most unexpected way, will they be prepared to fight their own battles? Will it be all worth it in the end? 

What happens when fate plays the game of hearts when boy meets boy?
To what extent will Angel go to hide himself from who he is?

From there he starts to learn more about this "Luke" boy. Will he meet the man, who might've caused Luke to kill himself?! What will happen when he finds out that the man who despised Luke is showing interest in him although he's in Luke's body ?! - This book is about a romance between two men and has mature content. If you don't like prostitution, depression and suicidal tendency; this book isn't for you. But those things are only at the beginning of the story as you follow Luke's personal development and romance.

Normally when I do that it's because someone's using the word 'gay' to hate on them, it just pisses me off, you know?" He asks, bringing the crackers back into his lap and biting into them. "Plus-" He adds on, "You're my best friend, if anything, you being gay is a blessing. I'll always support you." He says, glancing at me through the side of his eyes. I look away, towards the door to hide the crimson blush that I feel spread over my face. "Thanks." I all but squeak out.
