Its all a tug of war. Apart from survival, what drives us is the search for happiness, the pursuit of joy. This story is just that. A tug of war between two individuals, each believing that the other is their key to happiness in some way or form. However, in order to be happy, one must have their way. Like oxen they are yoked together, both wanting to go in different directions. ( Its not that deep.)

A sad romance story. People don't last forever...

Experiences and situations vary between all people in this world, but sometimes, the most important thing we can do is to listen and attempt to understand. Our inner critic might like to tell us that we would have handled the situation better or we would have done it another way, however, this is rarely true. Through compassion and understanding, we can learn that each individual in this story is trying their best and that sometimes that is all we can do. Each life is individual and each individual is a life. Knowing this helps us to be proud of and supportive of others, who are simply getting through life, the only way they know how.
