In the year 2040, a new type of computer was invented, The Atomiton. A complex system of microchips that worked like a desktop in your head, but where computers go, gamers are sure to follow. One gamer, by the name of Thomas Gathway, founded a college in the year 2060, devoted to the type of people who want to spend their future delving into the future of technology and human kind.
As Thomas Gathway is now passed, and his predecessor appointed to run the university, what will become of the campus?
One year after the final events of Caedes' college career, a new player emerges from Sweden, and she is prepared to do whatever it takes to take away his title as 'Champion of Games'. Caedes offers this to her, but it isn't going to be as easy as it seems, as there are five separate races and thousands of people all going for the title as well, whoever receives it, gets a full ride to the college.

In the not so far future, a special type of computer is invented. However, this computer isn't like others. It doesn't require a monitor, no mouse, no tower to operate. The only thing this computer needs, is your brain. This computer is a microchip called the Atomiton, a device that acts as a personal computer inside your head, allowing you to work on projects, search the internet, monitor your heart rate, and even play video games. These games belong to the genre of games dubbed VR (Virtual Reality). In the year 2060, a college emerges in the north eastern region of Iceland. This is the Global Educational Online Virtual Reality University (GEOVRU for short). It is easily the most expensive college in the world, costing $73, 956 for tuition alone, not counting for even room and board.
