Highest ranking: #252 in Adventure // Lynna stares at George with a hard, steely gaze. "What do you mean Ammon disappeared?" "I mean," George says, "Ammon's gone." Bridgette rests her hand on George's shoulder. "Look. We have to go find him. He can't be that far, right?" She looks over at Lynna, who nods. George shakes his head a little and takes a deep breath. "This is going to sound crazy, but... I don't think that Mr. Carper is really who we think he is." Lynna frowns. "So... What does that have to do with one of our friends disappearing?" She asks. "I think that Mr. Carper and the scientists... are not really running this camp just for the sake of a fun science camp for smart kids. I think that we're a part of a much bigger project, and we're going to be their puppets. And Ammon is just the start." In the first book of The Elements, Lynna, Bridgette, George, and Ammon are invited to attend a summer camp run by scientists, but are trapped and become test subjects. Can they find a way to escape from this high-tech prison? And what will happen when the four of them find out that they now have unique abilities? Please vote and comment on chapters you like!

Nixie Caldwell lives in a New Earth. A world that has mutated along with the people in it. A world with four domains of life. The domains are Earth, Fire, Water, and Air. Each resident is born with special abilities involving the element that they were born into. Each elemental lives in their separate regions away from the others. They rarely saw each other. Especially if they are royals like Nixie. Nixie is a water princess who has been studying the other royals almost all her life, but she has never seen anyone outside her family. On her sixteenth birthday, she is finally given the opportunity to meet them at the royal assembly that is held every year in the Earth domain. When she meets unknown creatures trying to destroy her, a handsome prince willing to court her, a pair of twins filling her life with humor, and a mysterious boy she cannot fall in love with under any circumstances, she starts to realize that life is a lot more complicated than just proving herself to her father and that being queen isn't actually the most important thing in her life.
