"Why did you want to see me sir?" I asked respectfully, my voice hitching a little.
"I always want to see you." He said smirking. "But I called you in here specifically to talk about your paper." He said.
"Oh" I said like a simpleton, still trying to process his first statement. He pulled my paper out of his first desk drawer. I examined it as he put it on his desk. To my surprise, it was a paper that I had written for him last semester. It was an informational essay about BDSM, that I poured my heart and soul into, yet I never received it back. I was too nervous to ask him about it later, so I had essentially let the paper go. My blood pumped as I saw which paper he was referring to. I laughed nervously. "I thought you had forgotten about this." I said looking down at it.
Mr. Vanderbilt leaned back in his chair and still had a sly smirk on his face. "No, I was just keeping it for a bit longer as I watched you..." He paused for what seemed like an eternity and I looked up at him. "There it is..." He said searching my eyes.
"I'm sorry?" I said still confused. He chuckled again.
"Your submissive eyes. They are unmistakable."
