What if Naruto had awoken two blood-lines on the bridge battle with Haku instead of kyuubi's seal weakening and using Kyuubi's power.
The the inner will (Hyper Intuition) and burning will bloodline (Dying will flames). Instead of using Kyuubi's power, Kyuubi was converted to a box animal. How that had happened remains a mystery.
