Adelaide has always been known as beautiful. At least that's what everyone tells her. But she doesn't believe it. Her crush since the third grade won't notice her, and she sits in the back of the classroom every day.
One day her best friend convinces her to go to a meet and greet of two popular singers. From there it all goes downhill as she meets the charming Hunter Samson and the brooding, and sort of creepy, Josh Lauterdale. Adelaide will have to learn that sometimes love comes in different forms.
A modern retelling of the classic fairy tale The Swan Princess told from the point of view of a girl who didn't believe in true love or that someday she would find it for herself.
**Sorry I haven't updated in a while! Life got crazy, but now I'm committed to this story and finishing it. Because I'm a lot older than when I wrote this (16/17), I'm going to be editing different parts to make the story make more sense and be better overall.**
