Friendships clasped untied,

Love...... The word tasted weird on my tongue Love makes a person stupid. Believe me when I say Love is blind, because I've been there before ***** "I don't know what I'll do without you. I love you so much" "Same" ***** I fell in love with a certain guy and I let my world revolve around him, only to find out I was being played by my husband and someone I considered to be my sister and closest friend It felt like the end of the world to me I felt betrayed and stupid. I was always oblivious to the things happening around me. My whole life has been rosy, happy and stress-free. Days went by and I found myself thinking about things I normally wouldn't do, doing things I normally couldn't do. Well....you'll never know what you're capable of until you're pushed to the extreme. Wave (Book 2) by Anniezie

I had survived the first. That was then; this is now. The blindfold of so many pills slowly died away and first though my finger then my head, a passion, a hurt and a need filled me as every moment was consumed with words; every breath with wisps of ink. But they were not all captured and somewhere in the deep abyss of living, lies the unspoken, almost unfelt feelings of decades in months. This is the half-empty account off all those nights from December through into the new year and the end of March. ...I pains me to share it. But it also makes it just not my problem anymore and that is something I long for- freedom and peace. Please note that all grammatical and linguistic, as well as those in punctuation and spelling or placing of words were intentional. Time Can't Heal This by Lauryn_Love

I've always hated the saying "Time heals all wounds." Maybe in most cases that may be true. In my experience with life and pain however, time has only ever bled out the wound. The scars that the wounds left behind though, are often so deep that just looking at them becomes painful to the mind. Time only heals what you let go of. Sometimes letting go and moving on just doesn't feel possible; no matter how much time you let pass you by. These poems signify what time hasn't healed for me.
