When Mallory, the 16 year old know-it-all, queen of high school, finds out that the one person who she envies the most, is back in her hometown, she's angry and confused. Revolving the lives of Mallory, her brother Charlie, and his best friend and her arch-nemesis, Justin Bieber, this is a tale of rivalry, turned into something more....complicated.
