Alexandria Nichols , a junior in high school, grew up in a small country town in Alabama. After ending a bad relationship of two years, Alex decided that she did not want to be in a relationship during the rest of her high school years. Her past controlling relationship prevented her from enjoying and experiencing life during her high school teen years. She made a promise to herself to avoid being a relationship with a guy.
In her attempt to explore her new found single life, she made new friends and finds keeping her own promise hard. Among her new friends she ends up falling for one but which one. And to add to her confusion she has to deal with the past again. She is big on not breaking promises and has to battle the risk of breaking her own promise.

English isn't my first language and at that time (more than a decade ago) I still struggled immensely with writing so this story has awful grammar that isn't worth fixing-that and I want to be able to look back on/have my readers look back on how much my grammar has improved over the years! And the story is super unrealistic because of my age and the fact that it was made for my sims with very mild editing by my 14-year-old self and a few users in the past.
