Inspired by the ancient tale of The Doomed Prince. The story involves a young man, who is
burdened by three fates foretold to destroy him at birth. In which case, his father tries with all his
heart to prevent by having a stone fortress built for his son in the desert so that the young Prince
Iren was not allowed to go outdoors. After growing more depressed of the lonely, sheltered life
he had back home as a child, Iren then becomes of age and leaves his kingdom, eventually
winning the heart of Princess Neferet of Mitanni, in a competition of suitors. Soon afterwards,
Prince Iren is then pursued by the three fates (the cobra, his dog, and the crocodile) as fortold by
the goddess Hathor.
In an attempt to avoid an unwanted demise from becoming reality, the prince begs his third
fate -the crocodile, to give him time to acquire additional assistance in his fight against a water
demon (or spirit). The crocodile concedes as he allows Prince Iren to return to his kingdom to
recruit a group of elite warriors and a high priest to accompany him in his upcoming battle. But,
the prince soon realizes that there's more at stake than what was originally addressed, as an
unexpected event takes them all on a journey far more dangerous, then ever before. Will Prince
Iren and his comrades succumb to their inevitable fates or will they be given the power to shape
their own destinies? All these answers and more will be revealed right here in the epic tale of
Trinity Fate!

"A drop of blood in the golden bowl will bind us to each other," Vaeril looked at everyone's face to see how determined they were to vow their lives to Varick. Kia used the dagger to slash his hand and let the blood flow into the plate. Dan followed, and the rest did it as well. Everyone looked at Briar, who was just standing in the middle of Kia and Declan. "Do you feel out of place because you are not a direct descendant of Rowan? We cannot have the Queen vow for his own son. Your wife was not able to travel here due to illness," Declan asked without hesitation. Briar looked at Volde, seemingly trying to tell him something. "Rowan remains on neutral ground," he gave the dagger back to Gunther. "I didn't expect the beast of the past to cower this time", Declan tilted his head. "I respect that decision, Your Majesty", Varick nodded and there wasn't a hint of animosity in his eyes. Volde removed the crown from his head. Briar stood next to him. The crowd waited for him to put it on the head of his son. "Do you need me to slash your hands for you to let go of it?", the ash greyhead man asked in a soft tone. Volde gulped and slowly placed it on Varick's head. "All Hail His Majesty!", they all cheered. Varick looked around and his heart kept beating fast. With her knowledge of her world, she decides to help Murai survive in this strange world. Murai has to quickly adapt or be at the end of someones sword. Along his journey he meets Zero, an Intoner. Murai quickly learns that this world is protected by five goddess's powers, calling themselves Intoners. But, he also finds out the truth and how their manipulating people and treating them like cattle. Murai then chooses to join Zero on her crusade to kill the Intoners and save the world. All he knows is that he's got a pet saber-tooth tiger named Fluffy, his mom is dead, and that he's got a girl named Nora in his head (when he's really not supposed to). He woke up to the Aregonian gods, Osires and Zios, telling him about training and his future and staying away from Pantheos, the Aregonian god of the underworld. But everything they tell him to do, Nora says the opposite. Everything they say, Nora hints that they're lying to him. Unsure of what to think, and with Nora continuously telling him to simply "look deeper" and "wait a little longer", Genex decides he needs to find the answer, and he needs to find the answer now. -> This story can also be found in To Be a Writer, but I wanted to publish it seperately as well. :)Complete
