Several patients are trapped in a hospital that has been taken over by a disease that makes people monstrous people who hurt, kill, or eat other people. There are some people crept in corners praying for their life to be spared from the evil ghostly spirit named billy who haunts the hospital. (Some crazy sacrifices are made and by sacrifices I mean stunts that turns one patient on the other.)
