Well, not specifically her, but it was named after her great grandfather, who just so happens to be the former mayor of the quaint little town she calls home. 

 Naturally, Chloe has it all- Good grades, dazzling good looks, and the very hard to earn title of the captain of her school's cheerleading squad. Given these facts, you'd expect her to be in a relationship with the school's main jock and bad boy, Cole Stevens, but that most certainly isn't the case.

Quite on the contrary, Chloe has her eyes set on Travis Reid, the most hot and excruciatingly adorable being she has ever encountered in her existence.
