Bill got turned himself into a human. Seven years later, after the whole Wierdmeggedin, Bill was back, still causing trouble and deals. That is until he messed With the wrong Demons. Being cast down wasn't enough, they also took half his powers. Now who is They? Bill doesn't even Know. Nor would he want to.
Cypher now has to go to his old Buddy Sixxer, for help. However, he doesn't expect to see ol'Pinetree and shootingstar. As how they help him, Bill trys to learn to be human. Especially when he tries to Know feelings, the feelings to Dipper he doesn't understand.
But after everything that has happened, Can Dipper learn to love the new him?
