Behind the grace you see onstage given by a ballerina, is hardwork. Everytime people tell you, you look effortless onstage. It takes blood, sweat, tears, exercise, diet, blisters, pain and passion just to look effortless.

We may look graceful. But behind the grace, it took and a lot of painful to look graceful.
