In the old days,people were injected with mutant genes created by scientists.The process was done secretly,and as the scientists said was for the evolution of human beings.Some volunteered and knew about their mutation,some were randomly picked and didn't even know about the mutant genes in their blood until their powers went beserk.There were only a few mutants back then,but those people created families,and their mutant blood was passed on.Today,a new secret agency captures some mutants.Some are not yet captured because of how large the amount of mutants are around the world.Though,those who escape are angered and decides to take revenge.Protecting the humans was the right thing to do,and that was what other mutants did.

The nanites, which are highly chemically reactive organisms, are changing their bio-engineered purpose when dopamine levels are high. With a new generation of nanoids, stronger and smarter to fight the battle, the virus doesn't have a chance. Many attempts were made to create a man-made version of synthetic dopamine and each time the outcome was a disaster. Their goal is to create new generations, immune to the virus.
