When a war broke out between the two clans, they tried to kill us off little at a time. Giving us less land for food and water. After every week there was a bloodbath, and a recruiting. 

The bloodbath, dozens of our people were slaughtered right before our eyes. The recruiting, if you qualified in different tests you were recruited into their clan to work for the rest of your life.

When the final recruiting came only five of us would be let into their clan, and she let me in.
