Adelaide comes from a family of exorcists who has the unusual ability to use their own bodies as temporary vessels to contain demons prior to their banishment back to Hell.

Challenged, a mysterious higher demon decides to go up against her himself, baiting her and her companions in a bloody game of hide and seek, which soon unravels deeply buried secrets that will test the young exorcist's loyalty and shake the very foundation of her faith.
