Asgore is dead and the castle is being guarded constantly to make sure Chara doesn't return to finish her plan.

With all the Genocide Runs the now-free Frisk goes on for them, they're able to amass a big enough collection of SOULs to do exactly that. The only problem is, Asriel remembers everything that happened when he was Flowey. And he isn't too happy about it... In this new timeline, Kelsa, the SOUL of Bravery, falls into the Underground shortly after Frisk. Determined to save her only friend, Kel teams up with a mysterious flower with a face to find them and rescue them from Asriel's notorious freezing chambers. Betrayed by many, and uncertain who to trust, Kel finds herself in the midst of an iron-fist dictatorship, fighting to restore the Underground to the peaceful place it used to be. Frisk had gone back to Underground to find Flowey and bring him up to the Surface with her. What she didn't expect was to find that her coming back there, combined Flowey's laments, had somehow awoken a certain Fallen Human from death. Now, she must be able to reform the flower and Chara and stop their plans of Genocide. Chara, however, had begun to feel things other than remorse towards her.Complete
