1 Everlasting Frienship,1 Huge Suprise
Ever since I was little I was told,
"Sweetheart,being friends with a guy won't last for long"
My automatic response was
"My best friend is my best friend no matter what."
But my Best Friend,Aiden, and I have been best friends since June 19, 2004.We were both 6 years old at the time not knowing what was to come in the future.I just moved into the neighborhood and his family was the first of many to greet My Parents-Ian and Sarah Velazquez,Younger sister-Elizabeth, and I-Nicole.At that moment we knew we would be friends forever.We never thought we would ever in a million years be more than that.
This is my First story on WATTPAD.I will probably write the story completely then edit it all.

"You. Have. A. Crush?" one of my best friends looked at me like I was some kind of an alien from outer space. The shock on her face made me regret telling this to her. "How many romance books do you read?" Devin asks me. I shrug. "I like them," I say. I keep browsing, running my fingers along the spines. "So, you like romance then?" he asks me. I nod. "What's your favorite part of a love story?" "I like the very first kiss, but I like the second one even more," I say. I bite my lip and look at him. Oh. My. God. What the hell am I doing? Am I flirting? I think that I'm actually flirting. With Devin. Devin, my best friend. I have officially lost my mind. I should probably stop. But I can't seem to. "Will you grab me that one?" I ask. I point above my head, my back's pressed against the bookcase. He locks his gaze on mine and reaches over me to grab the book I asked for. "Thanks." I don't move and neither does he. Riley and Devin have been best friends forever-since Kindergarten. It's Senior year of high school, now. And it's always been simple, Riley's got his back, he's got hers. But as life goes on Riley can't help but wonder if maybe he's not just her best friend, if she likes him as possibly something more. I saw him first. He's everything I swore off and everything I shouldn't want. It's a new city, the fresh start I needed, so why do I feel like I'm experiencing some sick form of deja vu. An Unexpected Moment
... that changes everything Sarah was starting her junior year of high school. Looking at herself in the mirror, she saw a pretty average blonde haired, blue eyed, teenager. She was neither in the popular group, nor one of the many cliched outsiders. Sarah was a nobody. She liked to blend in and lay low. It was her way out of not only this town, but her house. No one knew it, but her father was a high functioning alcoholic that often took his anger out on his family. With her older sister now in college, it had turned to her more often. Laying low in general was a good strategy. Across town, Ryan was prepping for his final year in high school. While he wasn't the stereotypical quarterback of the football team, he did fit into the popular crowd. His sports of choice included basketball and soccer, either of which might line him up for a scholarship next year. Ryan had a group of close friends and a lot of adoring acquaintances. It wasn't easy juggling his athletics and keeping the grades up, but he was just that good. The supporting parents didn't hurt either. It might be a cliché romance, but it will be fun to see what the year and beyond holds. ------------------------------------------ This is a story I wrote years ago, or at least partially wrote.
