Not false but also not true

When a new student arrives to Hawkstone High, it's quite strange as Hawkstone is a small town that you usually pass by on your way to Seattle. Jake Riley is curious about this.
After all there's nothing wrong with someone new in a completely normal town right?
But yet there was always a strange feeling about this town, but if you've lived your entire life there you barely noticed it.
