Jane is the girl at school who's obsessed with Hamilton and every other Broadway musical ever, is a huge bookworm, has theater geeks for friends, and is awkward and weird. So, basically an average theater geek teen. All her friends are slowly developing crushes and starting to date. She's the last one not in a relationship, but she's got a huge crush on the new boy at school. Although he doesn't try to make their conversations less awkward, she clings to the hope that she can make it work. Usually positive, her self esteem starts to suffer. Upset and confused, she continues to despair because she feels alone. And Ali, the new preppy princess of the school and so called queen of Instagram, doesn't help either.  Even though Jane knows that she doesn't need a boyfriend to be successful, she still feels like she's not good enough. But what she doesn't know is that someone has liked her all along.
